IMPERA Total Return AG is an exchange-traded holding company with an investment focus on venture capital. We invest primarily in mature privately-held IPO candidates but also in already listed companies with high growth potential.

More than just providing liquidity to our portfolio companies, we also support management in subsequent capital market transactions by levering our international network of  financial investors and strategic investors.

In addition, we also use our extensive network for corporate finance mandates. We concentrate on classic mergers & acquisitions, reallocations, restructurings and other strategic corporate transactions.
