Job requirements:

• support of manager and junior investment direction in the search, evaluation and selection of investments
• business plan analysis, due diligence and company evaluation
  
• support in contract negotiation
  
• support in portfolio monitoring
  

Background:

• rising junior or senior pursuing an economics/business undergraduate degree
  
• accounting, financial analysis, company evaluation and capital market expertise
• strong analytical skills and team-orientation
  
• high initiative, flexibility and work capacity
• excellent German and English skills
• preferably past internship in mergers & acquisitions, private equity or corporate finance and/or experience
  

The duration of the internship is between 3 and 6 months.
